Kirk began his career in Customer Service as an agent in 1998, and developed his skills in operational management the hard way – by doing almost every job in a contact centre. He eventually settled in, and specialised in, Resource Planning. He has worked for both captive and outsource operations at Director level since 2012.
Nomthi Mtambo

Nomthi has worked in BPO services since 2011 and has experience running both Quality Assurance and Business Insight campaigns, as well as delivering traditional BPO services within the Recruitment and Financial Services sectors. Nomthi’s commitment to service excellence, and her enthusiasm for delivering for her clients, elevates her in her field.

Evelyn has worked in a variety of positions within the BPO sector since 2008 and has worked on a variety of campaigns for clients in the sales and customer service industries. She currently heads up our Shared Services area, which includes Management Information, IT support and Facilities. Evelyn’s exceptional work ethic ensures that the business operates efficiently and effectively.

Maggie has worked in the BPO sector since 2014, both in frontline operations and within the Quality Assurance and Business Insight fields for captive and outsourced operations. She has managed campaigns for both domestic and international clients with a focus on the Financial Services sector. Maggie’s exceptional FS knowledge, particularly in the insurance space, has proven extremely beneficial for many of our clients.
